Great place overall, despite minor language barrier and check-in/out process. Staff, especially Angela & Olivia, provided excellent English service. Breakfast buffet was delightful, exceeding expectations compared to other Chinese hotels.

the staff were exceptional, providing top, notch service whilst being fluent in English. We were blown away by the Spa lounge offering a range of treatments, including massages and saunas, as well as the indoor swimming pool which was well, maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere for us to unwind. The restaurant had a great selection of food served with top, quality service. Cons: One minor issue was the delay we experienced during check, in. this was a minor inconvenience and did not take away from the overall experience.
